How to Custom Order through Dean Team Volkswagen of Ballwin
Getting Started
When you're on the hunt for a new vehicle, you can start the process with Express Car Buying and navigate to the custom order screen in one of two ways. If you can't find any new models, the default option is to custom order. If you choose an available vehicle but prefer an unavailable trim, the Build Your Own option will be under the vehicle image.
Build Your Volkswagen
Once you choose the option that fits, you'll head to the custom order screen. You can build your vehicle from scratch and design it to match your specific wants and desires. Customize the vehicle with your preferred trim, amenities, and exterior color. Once you've built your vehicle, you can click Continue!
Choose Your Options
You can choose your finance terms, value your trade-in, and apply any applicable service and protection plans to your Volkswagen. When you submit the form, provide us with your contact information and how you would like to be contacted by our dealership. We'll call you to confirm the details and submit the order to Volkswagen!
Receiving Your Volkswagen
Once Volkswagen receives your order, they'll start building it! Custom-ordered vehicles get prioritized by the manufacturer and ensure a quick turnaround for the build. Once the order is complete, they'll ship it back to us, and we'll arrange for a pickup date! Thanks to the Express Car Buying process, you'll be ready to get the keys as soon as it arrives!
